    Will members,visitors and guests please respect the dress code which we expect in the clubhouse and on the course

    CLUB HOUSE DRESS RULES REVISED

    ACCEPTABLE
    Smart casual dress at all times except specific functions which will be notified.
    Smart tailored trousers or smart denim jeans are allowed in the clubhouse.
    Tailored shorts of appropriate length may be worn but not cargo shorts or trousers.
    Smart casual shoes, sandals and trainers are allowed, predominantly self-coloured preferred i.e. white, grey, black, navy.
    PLEASE NOTE sports trainers are not allowed i.e. red, green or bright coloured.

    NOT ACCEPTABLE
    Golf shoes of any description are not allowed in any part of the clubhouse.
    No workwear.
    Outdoor golf clothing with the exception of gillets.
    Outdoor coats.
    Golf headwear such as baseball hats, visors etc.
    Tracksuits, Sports tops, hoodies or football shirts are not permitted.

    If members or guests are inappropriately dressed they will be asked to leave the premises and if smart standards are not upheld the relaxed rules will be reviewed.
    IT IS UP TO EVERYONE TO UPHOLD THE STANDARDS OF THE GOLF CLUB.


    DRESS CODE FOR GOLFERS ON THE COURSE

    ACCEPTABLE
    Hats and caps must be worn correctly, peaks facing forward.
    Men’s polo shirts tucked in at the waist with collar and sleeves, and ensembles specifically manufactured for golf and sold as acceptable golf wear.
    Tailored shorts or trousers of appropriate length, with white or matching socks.
    Golf shoes
    Ladies may wear garments and ensembles specifically manufactured for golf.
    NOT ACCEPTABLE
    Hats or peaks not facing forward.
    Football shirts, tee shirts, hoodies, ladies sun tops.
    Shirts not tucked in unless specifically designed golf shirts.
    Cargo shorts or trousers, beach, Bermuda, sports shorts.
    Denim jeans or shorts.
    Braces must be worn under outer garments.
    Trousers rolled up or tucked into socks.
    Football socks or sports socks.
    Any other footwear other than golf shoes. i.e. trainers etc.
    Anyone not properly attired will be asked to leave the course and reported to council
